From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'EverydayCommonsHub' started from a dream: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi family established our pizza shop in 1985 as a family-oriented business with recipes passed down over generations.
Our founder, Alfredo Bianchi, mastered the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy and learning from distinguished pizzaiolos in Naples, the pizza's homeland. After coming to the UK, her aim was to reproduce the essence of authentic Italian pizza with time-established techniques and prime ingredients.
Our pizzeria began as a quaint 12-seat venue and has now evolved into a cherished community pillar. However, our dedication to quality and authentic craftsmanship remains firm. Our ovens are still wood-fired, our dough is made anew every day, and we insist on using ingredients of the highest quality available.
Still operated by the Bianchi family, 'EverydayCommonsHub' is now steered by the descendants, leading a team that shares our enthusiasm. We've incorporated contemporary innovations, yet the soul of our endeavor continues: to craft delightful, true-to-roots pizzas that unite patrons.
